Where can I buy a Players Card?
Players cards can be purchased at any Oki Golf course or online. For purchases of several cards or special requests, please call the Oki Golf Home Office at (425) 454-2800.
If I buy my card at one of the golf courses, can I play one of the complimentary rounds the day of purchase?
Should I throw away my Players Card after I have used all the rounds?
NO! Your Players Card account number is on the back of the card, and cards can be used year over year. When you purchase a new card each year, the new membership is added to your existing record.
I’m buying my Players Card online today, but I have a tee time at an Oki Golf course tomorrow that I want to use a complimentary Round for. Can I have my card expedited?
After you have submitted your web order, print out your e-mail confirmation and bring photo ID along with you to the Golf Shop. The team member will activate a barcoded membership card for you and allow you to redeem a complimentary round. If you do not have your e-mail confirmation, the golf staff will offer you the discounted Players Card rate but will not allow the redemption of a complimentary round. The confirmation e-mail will arrive from firstname.lastname@example.org. If you do not see your confirmation e-mail, please be sure to check your junk mail to verify that it was not redirected to that folder.
When will my Players Card expire?
2020 Players Cards are valid until March 31, 2021.
Are there any restrictions on complimentary round redemption?
For Platinum Cardholders, the only restriction is at Newcastle: limit one (1) complimentary round at Coal Creek and one (1) complimentary round at China Creek. Beyond that, there are no limits on when or where you redeem your six (6) complimentary rounds at any Oki Golf public course.
For Original and Senior Cardholders, the only restrictions on complimentary rounds are if you choose the 2-round option at Hawks Prairie or Trophy Lake. In that scenario, one (1) of the complimentary rounds is redeemable anytime, and the second complimentary round is redeemable Monday–Thursday.
Is cart included with complimentary rounds?
Yes, cart is included with all Players Card complimentary rounds. If you are playing at the discounted Players Card rate, there is an additional cart fee at Hawks Prairie and Harbour Pointe. Juniors must have a valid driver's license to drive a cart.

How do I sign up to receive Players Card emails?
Are Indian Summer and The Plateau Club included as part of the program?
While Indian Summer and The Plateau Club are NOT included as complimentary round options, Players Cardholders have the opportunity to play these courses on “Private Club Open Play Days,” scheduled throughout the season. Sign up to receive email notifications about Open Play Days.
How many rounds can I play at any one course?
Guests may use up to six Platinum rounds at any one course with the exception of China Creek and Coal Creek at The Golf Club at Newcastle. Limit of one (1) complimentary round remains at both China Creek and Coal Creek at The Golf Club at Newcastle.
Can I return my Player’s Card?
Refunds may be issued within 30 days of the purchase date if no complimentary rounds or card benefits have been used. After 30 days, all Players Card sales are final. If you’re unable to use your card as a result of a health issue, extensions may be granted with a doctor’s note. Please email us at email@example.com to request a medical extension.
Will my credit card be charged immediately upon booking my tee time?
No, your credit card will not be charged and is simply used to hold your reservation. Payment will be made upon check in at the course and you may choose an alternate method of payment if desired. Please note that failure to alert the Golf Shop of a cancellation by 6pm on the day prior to your tee time reservation will result in a $25 fee for The Golf Club at Newcastle, $15 fee for Washington National, and $5 fee for rest of our public courses, assessed to the card for each member of your group.
It's my first time booking through the site and my user name and password that I've used does not work anymore. What is wrong?
To book a tee time, you must have a profile on the new okigolf.com. Please try to first find yourself in our system. If you are unable to, please create a new profile. Once you have done so, you will be able to book tee times through the website as you have in the past and use the booking features.
Can I book a tee time as a single golfer online?
Unfortunately, single golfers cannot book an empty tee time slot online or over the phone. Due to the fact that twosomes and threesomes often change their reservations, we are also unable to guarantee that single golfers can join an existing reservation. However, our Golf Shops maintain standby lists for single golfers, and we work to get you on the course as soon as there is any opening. Please call the Golf Shop at the course you wish to play to check on course availability.
Why am I unable to cancel a tee time online from within the "My Tee Times" page?
Unfortunately, only tee times booked through the website may be canceled online. If you booked through the course, you must cancel by calling the course. If you booked the tee time online and are still unable to cancel, please leave the tee time and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may look into the issue.
What if my round gets rained out?
Rain Check Certificates are issued when bad weather prevents a guest from finishing his/her round. If the golfer has finished five or fewer holes, we offer an 18-hole certificate. If the golfer finished more than five holes, we offer a 9-hole certificate. If the golfer finishes 17 or more holes, we can not offer a certificate. All certificates are valid 90 days from the date issued.
I'm having mutiple issues with the website such as links not working, difficulties signing in, or trouble with the tee time booking experience. What is the problem?
There are many websites that were rendered sub-optimal due to the upgrade to Internet Explorer 10, including okigolf.com. To fix this, you can click on "Tools" on the menu bar, select "Compatibility View Settings", and add okigolf.com. This should fix any issues that you were having with the website.
Why will the new site not accept my existing username and password?
We have several systems that contain your information and to syncronize all guest information within the new website we will need you to create a new profile. Most individuals should be able to quickly find their accounts and create the new profile. We apologize for the inconvenience, but this will allow you to access the reservation system, your Players Card rounds and offers, and your handicap account, all from within the new OkiGolf.com
Why do I receive a Duplicate Internet User ID error when trying to create a profile?
The site is set up to prevent duplicate profiles and currently that includes your existing account in the EZLinks reservation service. We are working to eliminate this issue so that you can use the same username and profile to create an account that you previously used to book tee times.
Why is it important to find my account within the Oki Golf system?
You might not realize it, but chances are you have an account in our system if you have purchased a Players Card or even just played at an Oki Golf course. By linking with your existing account within Oki Golf you will be able to track the rounds on your Players Card and view the proper information associated with your account. It also will link your account to our reservation system to facilitate tee time booking.
