Where can I buy a Players Card?
Players cards can be purchased at any Oki Golf course, online at www.okigolf.com, or by calling Oki Golf at (425) 454-2800. For purchases of several cards or special requests, please call the Oki Golf Home Office at (425) 454-2800.
If I buy my card at one of the golf courses, can I play one of the complimentary rounds the day of purchase?
Golfers purchasing the Original, Senior, Junior Club, or Junior Players Card for the first time may use a Complimentary Round the day of purchase at The Golf Club at Hawks Prairie, The Golf Club at Echo Falls, Trophy Lake Golf & Casting, Washington National Golf Club, Harbour Pointe Golf Club or The Golf Club at Redmond Ridge; however, they may not use a Complimentary Round the day of purchase at The Golf Club at Newcastle – China Creek.
Should I throw away my Players Card after I have used all the rounds?
NO! Your Players Card account number is on the back of the card, and cards can be used year over year. When you purchase a new card each year, the new membership is added to your existing record.
I’m buying my Players Card online today, but I have a tee time at an Oki Golf course tomorrow that I want to use a Complimentary Round for – can I have my card expedited?
After you have submitted your web order, print out your e-mail confirmation and bring photo ID along with you to the Golf Shop. The team member will activate a barcoded membership card for you and allow you to redeem a complimentary round. If you do not have your e-mail confirmation, the golf staff will offer you the discounted Players Card rate but will not allow the redemption of a complimentary round. The confirmation e-mail will arrive from firstname.lastname@example.org. If you do not see your confirmation e-mail, please be sure to check your junk mail to verify that it was not redirected to that folder.
When will my Players Card expire?
Players Cards activated on or after October 1, 2017 will expire March 31, 2019. Players Cards purchased between October 1, 2016 and September 30, 2017 will expire on March 31, 2018.
Are there any restrictions on complimentary round redemption?
Platinum Players Cardholders may use their first complimentary round at each course without restrictions.
For Platinum rounds used on weekends (Fri-Sun) during May through September, a $25 fee applies at Washington National, Redmond Ridge, Trophy Lake, and Harbour Pointe for additional rounds after the first complimentary round is used at the course. There is a limit of one (1) complimentary platinum round at Newcastle China Creek and Coal Creek. Platinum complimentary rounds may be used anytime at Echo Falls or Hawks Prairie with no restrictions or additional fees.
For Original and Senior cardholders, the only restrictions on complimentary rounds are if you choose the 2-round option at Hawks Prairie, Trophy Lake or Echo Falls. In that scenario, one of the complimentary rounds is redeemable anytime, and the second complimentary round is redeemable Mon-Thurs.
If I have an Original, Senior or Junior Card, can I use the complimentary round at Coal Creek?
Yes, you may pay an upgrade fee of $30 to use the one (1) complimentary round at Coal Creek.
Is cart included with complimentary rounds?
Yes, cart is included with all complimentary rounds. If you are playing at the discounted Players Card rate, there is an additional cart fee at Hawks Prairie, Echo Falls and Harbour Pointe. Juniors must have a valid driver's license to drive a cart.
Will complimentary EZ Links Handicap Indexes be available in 2018?
As of December 2017, EZ Links is discontinuing its handicap service. Oki Golf will no longer directly facilitate a complimentary handicap index to Players Cardholders. However, GHIN Handicaps are available to set up at all Oki Golf locations. GHIN is available for an annual fee of $36.

How do I sign up to receive Players Card emails?
Are Indian Summer and The Plateau Club included as part of the program?
While Indian Summer and The Plateau Club are NOT included as complimentary round options, there are a couple of opportunities to play these courses via the Players Card program. The first option is through our Players Card Tournament Series, which features at least one event at an Oki Golf facility each month and includes events at Indian Summer and The Plateau Club. The second option is through Players Card Open Play Days. On a couple of select non-member days at Indian Summer and The Plateau Club (typically a Monday), Oki Golf notifies cardholders that tee times are available for their booking at a fee. These days are exclusive to Players Cardholders and are corresponded through our Players Card emails newsletters.
How many rounds can I play at any one course?
Guests may use up to six Platinum rounds at any one course with the exception of China Creek and Coal Creek at The Golf Club at Newcastle. Limit of one (1) complimentary round remains at both China Creek and Coal Creek at The Golf Club at Newcastle.
Why is Oki Golf charging an additional $25 fee for certain rounds?
We are making more peak rounds available for our Oki Golf Players Cardholders by allowing them to play their favorite courses more than once. For that added flexibility, we are asking that our Cardholders pay a nominal fee. The cost of these rounds to the Cardholder, even including the fee, is still significantly less than the public rate or cardholder rate.
How will the sale of The Golf Club at Echo Falls affect the Players Card program?
Oki Golf has entered into a management agreement to continue operating The Golf Club at Echo Falls, so all benefits of the Oki Golf Players Card program at Echo Falls will not change. You will continue to be able to purchase Players Cards at the golf shop, redeem comp rounds and receive Players Card green fee rates.
How can I notify my buddies about setting up a tee time?
When you book a tee time through the online tee time booker, you have the option to invite buddies to join your tee time. Once you have selected your desired tee time, you will see a section called "Invite Friends" on the tee time confirmation page. Here, you have the option to invite buddies from the Oki Golf Community, or email friends from outside the Oki Golf network to your tee time. Your buddies and/or friends will receive an invitation by email to your tee time, with an option to accept or decline the invitation. After you have booked a tee time, you can view your invitation responses and invite additional buddies from the "My Tee Times" section of your profile page.
Will my credit card be charged immediately upon booking my tee time?
No, your credit card will not be charged and is simply used to hold your reservation. Payment will be made upon check in at the golf course and you may choose an alternate method of payment if desired. Please note that failure to alert the golf shop of a cancellation by 6pm on the day prior to your tee time reservation will result in a $25 fee for The Golf Club at Newcastle, $15 fee for Washington National and $5 fee for rest of Courses, assessed to the card for each member of your group.
Can I remove a buddy from my reservation?
Currently our system does not support this but we are working on it. So if a buddy alerts you that he has cancelled, it is your responsibility as the host to fill the spot. If you are unable to do so, simply alert the golf shop by 6pm the night before your tee time.
How will I know when buddies accept my tee time invitation?
You will receive an email alerting you each time someone joins your reservation. You can also view the My Tee Times section of your profile to see your upcoming tee times and who has accepted your invitation.
It's my first time booking through the site and my user name and password that I've used does not work anymore. What is wrong?
To book a tee time, you must have a profile on the new OkiGolf.com. Please try to first find yourself in our system. If you are unable to, please create a new profile. Once you have done so, you will be able to book tee times through the website as you have in the past and use the new booking features.
Can I book a tee time as a single golfer online?
Yes, you can book a slot in an existing reservation with less then four players. However, as a single, you cannot book an empty tee time slot. If you are unable to book as a single, please contact the golf shop at the course you wish to play regarding tee time availability.
Why am I unable to cancel a tee time online from within the "My Tee Times" page?
Unfortunately, only tee times booked through the website may be canceled online. If you booked through the course, you must cancel by calling the course. If you booked the tee time online and are still unable to cancel, please leave the tee time and email us at email@example.com so that we may look into the issue.
What if my round gets rained out?
Rain Check Certificates are issued when bad weather prevents a guest from finishing his/her round. If the golfer has finished five or fewer holes, we offer an 18-hole certificate. If the golfer finished more than five holes, we offer a 9-hole certificate. If the golfer finishes 17 or more holes, we can not offer a certificate. All certificates are valid 90 days from the date issued.
I'm having mutiple issues with the website such as links not working, difficulties signing in, or trouble with the tee time booking experience. What is the problem?
There are many websites that were rendered sub-optimal due to the upgrade to Internet Explorer 10, including OkiGolf.com. To fix this, you can click on "Tools" on the menu bar, select "Compatibility View Settings", and add OkiGolf.com. This should fix any issues tht you were having with the website.
What is the Oki Golf Code of Conduct?
As a Junior Players Cardholder we expect you to act in a manner respectful of the Golf Club, our staff and guests, and the game of golf. Details can be found within the application
Why does my parent have to sign the application?
Your guardian must understand and agree to all the items within the application. It’s important that they understand what is expected of you
Why do I have to take a test?
Understanding and demonstrating proper golf etiquette is paramount to becoming the best golfer you can be. Our goal is to see you grow your game both mentally and physically; displaying proper etiquette is part of this goal.
What’s on the test?
The test is 20 questions that highlight proper golf etiquette, safety procedures, and rules. It’s our belief that each Junior should have a good understanding of general golf etiquette and rules.
Where do I take the test and what’s required to ‘pass’?
The test will be administered at any of the Oki Golf Public courses in the Golf Shop. Once completed the Golf Professional will review the answers with you and provide appropriate answers and guidance for wrongly answered questions. A passing grade is at the discretion of the Golf Professional.
What is the definition of standby?
A standby player is one who is ready or available for immediate action or use. When the Golf Professional has an available tee time slot not occupied by a higher paying guest rate then he/ she may provide the standby player with that slot. A guest paying a rate higher than the standby rate will always have tee time slot priority.
How do I get on the standby list?
Upon course arrival, you will check in at the Golf Shop and let them know you are a Junior Players Cardholder and wish to be placed on the standby list. You must remain on the property and be available to play. If you leave the property, your standby place will be removed.
Can I play standby with my friends?
All standby play and pairings is at the discretion of the Golf Professional. Note, if your fiends do not have a Junior Players Cards they must pay prevailing rates. If they have a Junior Players Card they will pay that rate.
What if I want to play at standby rates with friends or relatives that have booked a tee time?
Providing no higher paying guests are waiting, if there is space available in that tee time and you are next on the standby list, the Golf Professional will make the attempt to accommodate your request.
Can I sign up for Instruction?
Absolutely! Each course offers personal instruction by PGA Professionals and we encourage you to contact the course of your preference for details.

Why will the new site not accept my existing username and password?
We have several systems that contain your information and to syncronize all guest information within the new website we will need you to create a new profile. Most individuals should be able to quickly find their accounts and create the new profile. We apologize for the inconvenience, but this will allow you to access the reservation system, your Players Card rounds and offers, and your handicap account, all from within the new OkiGolf.com
Why do I receive a Duplicate Internet User ID error when trying to create a profile?
The site is set up to prevent duplicate profiles and currently that includes your existing account in the EZLinks reservation service. We are working to eliminate this issue so that you can use the same username and profile to create an account that you previously used to book tee times.
Why is it important to find my account within the Oki Golf system?
You might not realize it, but chances are you have an account in our system if you have purchased a Players Card or even just played at an Oki Golf course. By linking with your existing account within Oki Golf you will be able to track the rounds on your Players Card and view the proper information associated with your account. It also will link your account to our reservation system to facilitate tee time booking.
How can I create my own group?
At this point, the groups on OkiGolf.com are all managed by Oki Golf. If you would like to create a group, please contact the golf professional at your local Oki Golf course and he can set up and maintain a group for you on the website.
Is there a way I can view a group (members/posts/discussions) without having to join the group?
No, you must join the group to view the full group details. If you join a group and then decide you no longer wish to be a part of it, you can simply leave the group by selecting the "Leave" button on the My Groups page.
How do I join a group?
To join a group, log in or create your Oki Golf profile and select "My Groups" from the top menu of the website, or from the left menu on your "My Profile" page. On the "My Groups" page, select the "View All Groups" button and a window will appear with a list of all available groups. Select the "Join" button underneath a group to join. Once you have joined a group, you can access the group details through the "My Groups" page on your profile.
How can I invite Buddies to my group?
Currently, there is no ability to invite Buddies directly from the groups page. However, your Buddies will see that you have joined a group within the Activities section of their profiles.
Why is there no information on certain tabs within My Profile such as Rounds, My Handicap, and others?
While the site's social functionality (Groups, Buddies, Activities) are open to the public, certain profile pages are for the benefit of Players Cardholders and those Cardholders that keep a handicap with Oki Golf. You can take advantage of these features by purchasing an Oki Golf Players Card.
How often will the site update my Players Card rounds or offers?
Your Players Card rounds and offers will be automatically updated online on a daily basis.
