Washington National is the proud home to the University of Washington's Men's and Women's golf teams. Everything about this course bleeds purple and gold, from the collegiate themed carts to the UW insignia showcased on the signature 18th hole. The tees are classified as either Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, Senior, or Husky tees.
The course was built in 2000 and is a big reason the Husky golf teams have been so successful in the last decade. With collegiate stars like Brock and Paige MacKenzie, Nick Taylor, and NCAA champion James Lepp, Washington National has helped secure Husky dominance on the college level.
The course features a special practice facility for the use by only the men’s and women’s golf teams. This facility has a large teeing area, multiple bunkers, large putting green, covered practice bay and is in immaculate condition. The University of Washington expects nothing but the best, and in Washington National, they get it.
This championship golf course has
hosted several collegiate tournaments, including several NCAA regional championships. In addition, the course is a favorite among corporate and charity outings both large and small. Washington National affords the recreational golfer the opportunity to play a tournament caliber course any time.
