Before the Ceremony
Our elegant Bridal Suites are the perfect place to relax and prepare for your big day. The Bridal Suites are set off from the hustle and bustle of the facility so that you can focus on your preparations for the event. Each suite features full length mirrors, plush couches, chairs, dress stands and a steamer. Along with these amenities you have your very own Bridal Attendant that is with you from the moment you arrive to the conclusion of the evening. Your Bridal Attendant is also your dedicated server during your reception which ensures attention to every detail for your day.
Photography
Few other wedding locations boast the setting that exists at Newcastle. The panoramic views of Lake Washington, Seattle, Bellevue and the Olympic Mountains are stunning and are enhanced to a beautiful glow at Sunset. The English Manor-Style Clubhouse also provides great photographic opportunities throughout. Of course, many of the favorite poses are with our golf courses as the backdrop.
Ceremony
As with everything else at Newcastle, we offer a variety of settings for your ceremony, both in and out of doors. This allows you to truly make it your day.
Cocktail Hour and Reception
The outdoor patios at Newcastle are the perfect location to enjoy the view during the cocktail hour. Each of our patios has an incredible view and is complete with heaters to ensure everyone's comfort. The St Andrews Ballroom has a unique and royal presence making you feel that when you walk in you know you have arrived. The 18 foot ceilings and fine detail work make this ballroom one of the most popular in the region and perfect for your day. Performing nightly from May through September you can enjoy the distinct sounds of our Scottish bagpiper who has been delighting wedding guests since our opening.
